Featured Wine of the Week: Bingham Family Vineyards 2017 Dolcetto
Our estate 2017 Dolcetto is an easy going yet bold oaked red wine with fruity aromas. The mouth feel is lush with berrylicious flavors of strawberry and cherry with just a hint of minerality in the finish.
2017 was a hot year where the fruit was allowed to fully ripen. Since these Dolcetto berries had more days to ripen, the color and flavors are more intense for this vintage. The wine was oaked in American oak for 24 months.
Our 2017 Dolcetto is the wine of the month for February for our winemaker’s choice monthly club as well as our red wine monthly club. It will also be in many of our spring Traditional club shipments. If you are a club member, you can purchase additional bottles now before it is released to the general public.
Our wine club members are being given an early opportunity to purchase this wine before it becomes available for the general public.
