Our FIRST Wine Club Member Dinner in Fredericksburg,
featuring the stunning wines from the FIRST vintage bottled under the Bingham Family Vineyards label.
FIRST FIRST COURSE
Passed Appetizers; Bruschetta, Meatballs and Mushrooms
2014 High Plains Sunset – Made from Mourvèdre grapes and has distinct flavors of strawberry and cherry
2014 Cloudburst – Smooth blend of Trebbiano, Vermentino, Roussanne, Viognier and Chardonnay: medium body ending with a hint of apple.
FIRST SECOND COURSE
Shrimp Louie Salad- Poached shrimp, boiled egg, tomatoes, bacon and avocado on mixed greens. Topped with remoulade dressing
2014 Viognier – Taste of honeysuckle complemented by a mild floral scent
FIRST THIRD COURSE
Seasoned & Braised Short Ribs finished with a red wine reduction.
Accompanied with smashed red potatoes and a seasonal veggie.
2014 Reserve Tempranillo – Wide and mouth-filling cherry fruit, vanilla extract and smoky tannins.
FIRST FOURTH COURSE
Double Chocolate Mousse Cups
topped with a bourbon whipped cream and Dolcetto cherry sauce.
2014 Reserve Dolcetto – A smoky vanilla impression that develops into notes of raspberry and cocoa.
