We are excited to offer you an opportunity to enjoy the space before the grand opening. We cannot wait to host for the first time in this newly renovated space.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are so thankful for the support and love of our wine club members. This is why the first event in our new space on Friday\, December 8th\, will remain exclusive to our dedicated members. We will have three different event times throughout the afternoon and evening. \n\n\n\nThese times include 12:00 pm\, 3:00 pm & 6:00 pm.  \n\n\n\nEvent Ticket Includes:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA glass of wine from curated selection\n\n\n\nOne signed bottle of 2019 Dirt Farmer\n\n\n\nAccess to the tasting room before its grand opening to the public\n\n\n\nServed hors d’oeuvres\n\n\n\n\nFriday\, December 8\, 2023 Only\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will offer a second opportunity Saturday\, December 9\, which will be open to the public. SUMMARY:Cabernet Franc Day 2023
DESCRIPTION:Cabernet Franc Day 2023\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nblueberries\, ripe plums\, pepper\, smoke and hints of oak\n\n\n\n\n2020 Reserve Cabernet Franc\n\n\n\nOur 2020 Estate Reserve Cabernet Franc is a dry\, medium to almost full bodied red. Good acidity balance\, good tannin balance and some smoky undertones. This wine is a very balanced red- the tannin\, the acid\, the oak\, the alcohol\, all balance out in the glass and on the palate. \n\n\n\nBlueberries\, ripe plums\, pepper\, smoke and hints of oak really make this wine complex and savory. This wine will continue to age very well in bottles- set a few aside and come back in 3 years and see how it has changed. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDue to back-to-back frosts on the High Plains in 2020\, our vineyards suffered substantial crop losses. While 2019 was a bountiful year\, 2020 was not. The bright spot in not having the normal tonnages we annually produce\, what fruit we did produce was fantastic quality. The 2020 Cab Franc Reserve was a small batch lot that was aged in new American and French oak barrels for twenty-four months. \n\n\n\nOnly six barrels of 2020 Reserve Cabernet Franc were produced. The wine was made in a traditional French fashion with no tannin additives or other flavor “enhancers”. The wine was simply fermented on its skins for seven days and then gently pressed into barrels and aged for two years. This is a wine you can keep in the cellar for five to six years\, and it will continue to evolve and grow more complex. \n\n\n\nBecause of the limit number of bottles this wine has been and well remain a Bingham wine club exclusive.  \n\n\n\nJoin our wine club to be able to explore 100% Texas estate wines including red varietal wines crafted from our Cabernet Franc\, Cabernet Sauvignon\, Carignan\, Dolcetto\, Graciano\, Merlot\, Mourvèdre\, Petit Verdot\, Sangiovese\, Tannat\, Tempranillo. and Teroldego. \n\n\n\nAnd white wines made from Albariño\, Gewürztraminer\, Malvasia Bianca\, Marsanne\, Moscato Giallo\, Roussanne\, Sémillon\, Trebbiano\, Vermentino\, and Viognier. \n\n\n\nWhat other wine club in Texas gives you this much choice and convenience for your wine club purchases \n\n\n\nJoin Our Wine Club\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuy 2020 Reserve Cabernet Franc\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nbuy 2019 Cabernet Franc

Wine flavors come from aroma compounds —stereoisomers\, as scientists call them— that are released during fermentation. This is why when you smell wine\, the alcohol volatilizes (evaporates into the air) and carries these lighter-than-air aroma compounds into your nose.  \n\n\n\nEach wine can contain hundreds of different aroma compounds and each compound can have a different effect on the wine’s flavor. Our brains have multiple response to one stereoisomer. With live music and a more sip’n stroll feel\, but with the same incredible tasting and learning experience. \n\n\n\nFor August\, it will be Albariño.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe 2023 series is sure going to leave an impression about everything that is great about #txwine and the people and customers that comprise it. Bring some friends and have a tasting experience like no other. The following dates and themes below are the 2023 schedule. Included with each ticket purchased is a $10 credit towards any food purchased at Rex’s Creole Kitchen that day. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe tasting will include several Albariño wines including Bingham Family Vineyards 2021 Albarino  which won best in class at the 2023 San Antonio Rodeo Wine Competition. DESCRIPTION:With Bingham estate wines\, the choice is yours.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow can Bingham have so many choices of great white wine? It is because we grow ten white grape varieties: Albariño\, Gewürztraminer\, Malvasia Bianca\, Marsanne\, Moscato Giallo\, Roussanne\, Sémillon\, Trebbiano\, Vermentino\, and Viognier. \n\n\n\nI included our two rose’ wines in this photo for you to consider for your summer drinking in hot weather as well as all of our white wines. There is also a bottle of our unreleased Reserve Semillon. But the rest of the wines are currently available for our club members\, and many to all of our friends.  \n\n\n\nWe have oaked as well as unoaked whites. Some of our white wines are oaked to develop a deep level of richness with lingering notes of vanilla and spice.
