Our brains have multiple response to one stereoisomer. DESCRIPTION:With Bingham estate wines\, the choice is yours.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow can Bingham have so many choices of great white wine? It is because we grow ten white grape varieties: Albariño\, Gewürztraminer\, Malvasia Bianca\, Marsanne\, Moscato Giallo\, Roussanne\, Sémillon\, Trebbiano\, Vermentino\, and Viognier. \n\n\n\nI included our two rose’ wines in this photo for you to consider for your summer drinking in hot weather as well as all of our white wines. There is also a bottle of our unreleased Reserve Semillon. But the rest of the wines are currently available for our club members\, and many to all of our friends.  \n\n\n\nWe have oaked as well as unoaked whites. Some of our white wines are oaked to develop a deep level of richness with lingering notes of vanilla and spice. This year we have a dry and a semi-sweet rosé. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur High Plains Sunset Rosé is back again with a 2022 vintage. This wine is a a dry Mourvèdre rosé\, fruit forward with notes of strawberry.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuy 2022 High Plains Sunset rosé\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis year\, we are also offering you the choice of a semi-sweet rosé blend we are calling “Summer Nights”. It is red berry fruit forward wine\, and a perfect patio wine when you are having a little spicier fare and want a touch of sweetness in your wine. When you pull out your chips and salsa\, try this wine for your weekday relaxation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuy 2022 Summer Nights\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you would rather have a white wine for your patio fare\, we have you covered there as well. \n\n\n\nWe have a new white wine blend\, Peggy June\, which is already a favorite for summer time with our friends. This wine is a semi-sweet blend of Gewürztraminer and Malvasia Bianca with floral notes with tropical flavors.  \n\n\n\nPeggy June is also know as Grancy. She is the grandmother of the family and known for her artistry\, cooking\, and hugs. Her support and encouragement are what ties the family together. You can read more about that wine with the link. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuy 2022 Peggy June\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnd yes\, for all you Gewürztraminer lovers\, we have one back in stock after being without one for quite some time. As you all know\, all of our wines are estate which means that we grew all of the grapes as well as vinted and bottled every one at our own winery. So at times\, we are out of stock of one of our varietal wines or blends. But we do currently have a Gewürztraminer varietal wine that was grown and produced by our Bingham Team. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuy 2022 Gewürztraminer \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSo\, enjoy our summertime wines with confidence knowing not only where the grapes were grown and who made the wine\, but that you are drinking quality 100% Texas wine. \n\n\n\nBy the way\, in case you were wondering\, yes\, the tablecloth (actually I think that it is a sheet) in the first photo is a family heirloom\, but not from the Bingham side of the family.
