Grapes, grapes, grapes, grapes …

Yes, we still have grapes ripening on the vines. We have harvested tons and tons, but there are still some to come. Here are some of the Tempranillo grapes that are ripening in the warm High Plains sun with the cool evenings for a refreshing break.

Still lots of Tempranillo grapes as you can see.

Lush, delicious looking grapes…

It is lovely just to walk the rows and enjoy the beauty. Not that we have had much time to do that. Harvest started again this morning at 4:00 am and went till breakfast at 7:00 – 9:00 whenever you finished up your part of the work.

There is still Cabernet Sauvignon grapes on the vine also.

The berries are and clusters hang a little differently.

Hmmm, I can almost taste the wine just looking at these grapes. Better get to work organizing the harvest so that we can all enjoy it.

Blessings,

Betty
