This soft-dry red wine can be enjoyed by the seasoned wine drinker as well as a novice wanting to move from sweeter to dryer wines. Just a hint of sweetness followed by a whif of spice makes this a perfect choice for all types of casual dining. Serve at cellar temperature 60-65′ F or chill ever so slightly based on the time of year.
