Quickly becoming a Downtown Lubbock favorite, Platform Restaurant was established in 2017 by Executive Chef Carlos Rangel. They feature creative gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts prepared from scratch. Their menu features many specials utilizing the best in seasonal produce and house smoked meats.
