Returns & Cancellations Policy
Wine Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Bingham Family Vineyards.
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We may ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or evaluation.
Refunds or replacements for wine quality concerns may require the return of the remaining wine in the original bottle so the issue can be evaluated.
Legal Restrictions on Alcohol Returns
Due to applicable laws regarding alcoholic beverages, we are only able to accept returns of wine that is corked, flawed, or otherwise defective.
We cannot accept returns of wine that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or while in the customer’s possession.
Refunds
Once the wine is received and inspected, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product only, less applicable outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
If the original shipment was confirmed to be damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund including applicable shipping and handling charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policies outlined above.
Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Wine Club Cancellations
Wine club memberships may be canceled at any time through your account on our website.
Cancellations may also be submitted by email to friends@Bingham.wine or by written request received at least one week prior to the next shipment processing date.
Members are responsible for payment of any wine club shipments that have already been processed.
