The 2020 Reserve Cabernet Franc, a dry, balanced red wine with flavors of blueberries, ripe plums, pepper, and smoke, is exclusive to the Bingham wine club. Despite crop losses in 2020 due to frosts, the remaining grapes produced high-quality wine. Aged in American and French oak barrels, it is expected to age well in bottles.
The final construction stages of a tasting room in Roanoke, TX are nearing completion. An exclusive event for wine club members will take place on December 8th, with three separate timeslots. Tickets include a glass of wine, signed wine bottle, tasting room access, and hors d'oeuvres. A public event follows on December 9th.
Vinovium in Johnson City, Texas, will host the next Texas vs. The World® series on December 9, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon. Visitors will participate in a blind tasting of 12+ wines, a dialogue with growers and producers, and additional insights. The experience, limited to 45 people, also includes tasting the 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
