Have you ever wondered why wines are described as “having notes of black current” or “smokey”?
Train your wine palate with our wine education class focused on the many different flavor profiles of wine!
In this class, you will cover the basics of wine tasting and explore one aspect of a wine’s flavor. You will engage in an interactive tasting in order to enhance your understanding and appreciation of wine.
Remember, tasting wine is a subjective experience, so embrace your own unique preferences and enjoy the exploration of your unique palate!
This class will be available on most first, and second Sunday of each month at 6:30 pm in our Grapevine tasting room.

Each month you will focus on a different aspect of our wine profile quiz to help you discover which wines to explore next. Those aspects include: sweetness, intensity, fruit, oak, spice, floral, acidity, and minerality.
