Harvest in September seems a long way away, but we are working now to make sure that we are ready.

Pouring concrete for the receiving bin area at Bingham Family Vineyards

Now that we have a roof over the press machines, getting the new receiving bin area ready is the next task. We hope to have a large harvest of our own grapes this year as well as doing some custom work for other growers and wineries in Texas.

Last Monday, they began pouring concrete after having completed the task of putting in the framework. It was a cloudy day with mists of rain through out the afternoon.

You would think the light rain would make it more comfortable to work outside, but it actually increased the humidity making it hot and muggy.

Hard work, but that’s what our team does to bring our friends quality Texas grown estate wine. More photos on the progress will be coming.

Blessings,
Betty
