Cliff Bingham
Founder and Vineyards and Row Crops Manager
As Founder and Vineyard Manager, Cliff Bingham has devoted his life to farming and producing exceptional Texas-grown grapes. A fourth-generation farmer, he has built upon more than a century of family agricultural tradition while helping pioneer the growth of the Texas wine industry. His family’s row crop farm has been Texas Department of Agriculture Certified Organic since 1991, and he applies the same thoughtful stewardship to the vineyards through sustainable growing practices. His commitment to quality and mentoring the next generation continues to shape Bingham Family Vineyards and every bottle we proudly produce.

Betty Bingham
Sales & Marketing Director
As Sales & Marketing Director, Betty Bingham helps share the story and values of Bingham Family Vineyards with guests, customers, and partners throughout Texas. She oversees sales, marketing, customer communications, and the wine club while leading many of the winery’s creative and educational initiatives. Inspired by a lifelong commitment to family and hospitality, Betty enjoys helping others discover exceptional Texas wines and the people who craft them.

Rogelio Orocio
Head Winemaker
As Head Winemaker, Rogelio “Ro” Orocio combines his passion for Texas wine with a degree in Viticulture and Enology from Texas Tech University. Having worked alongside the Bingham family for many years, he partners closely with the vineyard team to transform our estate-grown grapes into expressive Texas wines. His dedication to innovation, balance, and craftsmanship has helped Bingham Family Vineyards earn numerous awards while showcasing the unique character of the Texas High Plains.

Nathan Bingham
Vineyard Operations Manager
As Vineyard Operations Manager, Nathan Bingham proudly carries on the Bingham family’s farming tradition by overseeing the daily care and management of our estate vineyards. Working alongside his father, Cliff, he is dedicated to producing exceptional grapes through thoughtful stewardship, careful attention to detail, and sustainable growing practices. His passion for viticulture helps ensure that every bottle of Bingham Family Vineyards wine begins with outstanding fruit from the Texas High Plains.

Farm Operations Manager
Armando oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bingham family farm, managing our row crops, equipment, irrigation, and field operations alongside our vineyard program.

Crystal Gonzalez
Office Operations Manager
Crystal is the organizational heart of Bingham Family Vineyards. As Office Operations Manager, she manages a wide variety of administrative responsibilities, provides friendly customer service, and helps keep the business running efficiently each day. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence make her an indispensable part of our family winery.

J.R. Sanchez
Hye Lead Server
As Lead Server at our Hye Tasting Room, J.R. helps create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. He leads by example, supports and trains team members, oversees daily tasting room operations, and ensures exceptional customer service. His calm leadership, product knowledge, and friendly approach help guests feel at home while discovering the best of Texas wine.

Emmalee Schwind
Grapevine Lead Server
As Lead Server at our Grapevine Tasting Room, Emmalee is dedicated to making each guest’s visit both enjoyable and memorable. She helps oversee daily tasting room operations, supports and encourages her fellow team members, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and warm hospitality create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
