Sweetness for March
This tasting on March 10th, we will discuss how sweetness is perceived in wine. Sweetness in wine is referred to as residual sugar. Residual sugar is the unfermented grape sugars left over in the wine after fermentation has completed You are sure to leave with a greater understanding of how to purchase wine YOU will love in the future.
