Vinovium in Johnson City, Texas, will host the next Texas vs. The World® series on December 9, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon. Visitors will participate in a blind tasting of 12+ wines, a dialogue with growers and producers, and additional insights. The experience, limited to 45 people, also includes tasting the 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
