There’s something magical about bottling day at Bingham Family Vineyards. It’s the moment when months—sometimes years—of patience, care, and craftsmanship come together in a bottle, ready for you to enjoy.
We’re thrilled to share a behind-the-scenes look at our latest bottling efforts, where our newest white, rosé, and sweet wines are finally making their way from barrel and tank to bottle. From filling and corking to labeling and boxing, every step reflects our commitment to bringing you the highest quality estate-grown wines.
Why the Wait?
Fine wine takes time, and we’ve been carefully crafting each bottle to ensure it meets the high standards you’ve come to expect. From perfecting the blends to securing the right glass, we’ve been working hard to make sure every detail is just right. While this has slightly delayed our traditional wine club shipments, the wait will be worth it—soon, you’ll have even more wines to choose from.
This is also where our subscription wine club truly shines. With this club, you have the flexibility to decide when your shipments arrive and which wines are included. If you’d rather not wait for the next scheduled club release, switching to a subscription allows you to get the wines you want, when you want them.
What’s Next?
Some of these newly bottled wines will be available mid-April, just in time for spring sipping! Traditional wine club shipments will go out shortly after, but if you’re eager to receive your wines sooner or want more control over your selections, our subscription wine club might be the perfect fit.
