There’s something about rosé in the summer that just feels right—light, refreshing, and ready for whatever the day brings. This year, we are especially excited to share four estate-grown rosé wines, each crafted from grapes grown right here on our family vineyard in the Texas High Plains.

From our Vineyard to Your Glass
These wines begin in the vineyard with Cliff Bingham, who grew the Mourvèdre, Sangiovese, and Carignan used in these rosés. Three are single-varietal rosés, each highlighting the character of its grape, while our High Plains Sunset Rosé brings together Sangiovese and Mourvèdre in a beautiful blend.
Cliff is joined in the vineyard by our son, Nathan Bingham, and a dedicated crew of ladies whose skilled pruning encourages each vine to produce quality fruit. Their work, season after season, is at the heart of every glass.
The Art of Rosé Winemaking
At harvest, our winemaker Rogelio “Ro” Orocio crafted these wines using the saignée method, gently drawing off juice early in the process to create rosés with vibrant color, freshness, and balance.
The Rosé Collection
High Plains Sunset Rosé
Inspired by the wide-open skies and breathtaking sunsets of the Texas High Plains, this wine is truly a celebration in the glass. Bright and lively, it brings together layers of citrus, tropical, orchard, and red berry notes into one refreshing, dry finish. It’s the kind of wine that feels both playful and polished—perfect for warm evenings and relaxed gatherings.
Mourvèdre Rosé
Early Release Club Exclusive
This rosé offers a more textured and refined experience. Soft and elegant, it carries a sense of depth while still feeling fresh and approachable. It’s a wonderful choice for those who enjoy red wines but are looking for something lighter in the summer—still thoughtful, still expressive, but beautifully refreshing.
Sangiovese Rosé
Early Release Club Exclusive
Bright, lively, and full of charm, this wine draws you in with its inviting fruit character while finishing clean and dry. It has a way of feeling both fun and balanced at the same time—easy to enjoy, yet just interesting enough to keep you coming back for another sip.
Carignan Rosé
Early Release Club Exclusive
For those who enjoy discovering something a little different, this rosé offers a more intriguing and layered experience. Dry and refreshing, with a subtle structure that pairs beautifully with food, it’s a wonderful companion for everything from light bites to more adventurous dishes.
Made for Summer
These rosés are made for enjoying—on the patio, around the table, or wherever summer finds you. They pair beautifully with a wide range of appetizers and light meals.
