Because of weather conditions, we closed all of our tasting rooms the last couple of days, but they are all open now including Grapevine and Hye. We are especially happy about that because our Hye, Texas location just opened on Friday, January 27, 2023.
We did have a location at the edge of Fredericksburg, Texas, till the end of January. We are still in the Hill Country and close to Fredericksburg, Texas, but now we have our own building, outdoor space, and a vineyard. Just Google, “Bingham Family Vineyards Hye”, and you will get directions.

You might not have heard of the town, but Hye is a little town between Fredericksburg and Johnson City. It is a quaint little town with a beautiful view of the Hill Country.
The vineyard will be a lovely place for us to express that at heart we are farmers. Some people start with a tasting room, but we started with vineyards. Then the vineyards led to a winery, and the winery lead to a tasting room.
Our first tasting room other than our winery in Meadow, Texas, was in Grapevine, Texas. A lovely main street location in a city that is fun at Christmas or any season. A great stop for visiting during Grapefest or Main Street Days.
So, what does our Hye location look like? You really need to come visit to see it in person, but here are a few photos.
